Overview
Fest Connect is a community-driven mobile app that simplifies how students and organizers discover, manage, and participate in college and cultural fests. The goal was to build a single, engaging platform that brings events, registrations, schedules, and announcements together in one seamless experience.
Problem
Behind every vibrant college fest lies a maze of WhatsApp groups, scattered spreadsheets, and last-minute confusion. Students miss out on opportunities because updates are fragmented and registrations unclear. Organizers, on the other hand, juggle manual tasks and communication overload with no structured system in place. The core challenge was to create a single, intuitive platform that could bring order, clarity, and connection to the entire fest experience without losing its excitement.
Solution
We designed Fest Connect as a one-stop app that turns event chaos into a connected experience. The interface brings together event discovery, registration, schedules, and real-time updates in a simple, engaging flow. Our focus was on reducing friction at every step from onboarding to notifications and creating a vibrant visual identity that captures the spirit of youth while staying functionally precise.
